Most of our clubs will be closed over Christmas and New Year whilst our volunteer coaches have a well deserved break - but never fear, Coach Dennis is here with a festive MileShy MashUp to bring you Christmas cheer! Dennis will be leading one of his always amazing MileShy MashUp runs from MileShyClub Urmston to take you on a tour of the best Christmas lights and decorations in the area - if you'd like to dress for the occasion please do!
We'll be meeting at 6.30pm at our usual spot at the car park on Pennybridge Lane, next to The Bird I'th Hand pub, Flixton Road, M41 5DN.
All runners from all clubs welcome - as always, no one gets left behind. We can't wait to see you there!
