About this Event
Presented by community social group ItsQwere, Mighty Real is a live stage production of scripted comedy, song, costume, and dance written, styled and performed by queer artists of color and friends. For 2024, the theme is “must see TV”, spoofing shows like Game of Thrones, Judge Judy, and Abbott Elementary.
The mission of ItsQwere is to create events that welcome all while celebrating historically overlooked narratives: voices of Black & Brown LGBTQ, transgender & non-binary folks, women & femmes, plus-size bodies, and people living with disabilities.
