Might Of The Mountains 6 - Novice Powerlifting Competition

Are you a novice powerlifter who wants to see what competing is like or has it been awhile since you've competed?

Then this is for you.

This event will be split over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday, with 30 lifters in each day

This competition is open to:

- a novice lifter looking for their first competition

- anyone looking to get on the platform

Details:

- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift)

- CAPO rules (2 hour weigh in, combo rack, 20kg power bars)

- No approved equipment required, however will need knee high socks for deadlifts and closed in shoes

- Federation membership not required

- Limited to 60 lifters
