With the support of Chris and Becky, this event is the perfect opportunity for you to recalibrate, renew and most importantly, rest. Allow yourself reconnect to your hearts calling, to connect with your body, and your mind, and to do this all gently.

What to expect:

Chris will use sound frequencies and embodiment practices as he guides you through some powerful manifestation processess to help you align with a version of you that truly serves you.

Then Becky will guide you to drop in and anchor with the breath, ready for a restorative sound journey. The perfect time to settle into your intention, and allow yourself to align with your authentic self.

You're more than welcome to stay back and enjoy a cuppa and light refreshments.

On the day:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

BYO yoga mat, pillow, blnaket, bolster, journal, water and anything else you feel called to bring.
