Haus of Misfit is pleased to announce Midwinter Magic, a local drag showcase at The Effie Arts Collective! ❄️Join us Saturday, January 18th for an evening of drag entertainment of local emerging drag artists, starring Autumn Horizon, Miss Mousse and Stevie Nips, and featuring our spotlight performers Cosmo Politan and Neptune Blues!
Advance tickets are $25, or $30 at the door.
Advance tickets will be sold until 4:00pm, Saturday January 18th or while quantities last.
$5 from each ticket will be donated to Kamloops Immigrant Services, a North Shore organization that offers a variety of services to newcomers to Canada, including WE Pride, a safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ newcomers, immigrants, refugees, and allies.
If you prefer to pay with e-transfer, please send us an email at [email protected] and we can invoice you! You can also visit our shop at 275 Tranquille Rd to pay with debit.
Tickets are non-refundable.
**Please note, your ticket purchase will add you to the guest list. No actual tickets will be issued but you will be issued a receipt at purchase.**

Tipping Options: There will be a QR code to tip digitally, however we recommend bringing your own $5 bills for tips! Tips will be pooled for our main performers, spotlight performers keep their tips.

• Wheelchair Access: There are a small number of steps at the entrance to The Effie Arts Collective. While there is a ramp, it is not recommended without assistance.

STARRING:
Autumn Horizon: Autumn Horizon has been doing drag for 2 years, and although she is new to the Kamloops drag scene she’s sure to leave a lasting impression! At an Autumn show you can expect, high energy, dancing, laughs, and an all round great time!
Miss Mousse: Hope you saved room for dessert ‘cause Miss Mousse is here to satisfy your sweet tooth! Bringing a new flavour to the Kamloops scene, Miss Mouse is ready to serve up something delicious. She’s fluffy, she’s chocolatey, and she’s gonna be your favourite treat!
Stevie Nips: With a hint of mystery and attitude of rock n’ roll, Stevie Nips serves pure, raw presence. Just remember, their lips are up here, and you won’t want to take your eyes off this lip sync assassin!
SPOTLIGHT PERFORMERS:
Cosmo Politan: If you want something fun and fruity, look no further than Cosmo Politan! There’s nothing he does better than mix business and pleasure.
Neptune Blues: Neptune Blues, who was born from the icy seas of the planet Neptune, was put in this universe to party. Travelling around the solar system, they landed here on Earth, and they’re here to party until the earth stops spinning.
