Sixman Bio:
Every fabric of Sixman’s being is quilted in Hip Hop. It’s visible in his eyes. It streams from his pores and propels his movements forward. The thread of the culture is sown into his rhymes. He speaks hip hop. He lives Hip Hop. Originally from Grand Rapids, MI and now residing in Atlanta, GA, Sixman’s childhood diet consisted of equal parts Sesame Street, social awareness and history, and Hip Hop culture. He digested everything. Growing up to become a skilled, respected Hip Hop artist, graphic designer, film director and editor, Sixman served his first recorded single “Who Am I” in 1999. It was one of the first Hip Hop songs to stream online and it received positive feedback from around the world. Before long Sixman began touring internationally, blazing such stages as Amsterdam Summer Festival. He also found himself regularly on tickets with top acts like Parish Smith, Redman, and The Alkaholiks among others. Eventually Sixman started headlining his own shows while he meticulously built loyal fan support in Europe. Back in the states he followed The Green House with God Bless with DJ Game Ova in 2013, I Love Dilla in 2014, and both the EP Re-Connect and DVD film Already Famous in 2015. In 2018 Sixman released The Grand, his love letter to his native Grand Rapids. Praised for its lyricism and beat selection, the mixtape/album scored big with singles “Authentic”, “Breathe”, and “Maybach Dreams” (featuring JC). Sixman made a ceremonious return to Grand Rapids that same year for the release of Last King which is produced entirely by DJ Supa Dave. It was his most successful and acclaimed LP before The Fix. From ’18 through 2019 Sixman toured heavily in the states and internationally, with marquee dates at SXSW and A3C. These were followed by a headlining European tour that including the legendary de Rauwe School in Amsterdam. On the strength of singles “Great Escape” featuring PaceWon, “Aprendi” featuring Flame Killer, “Pray for My Enemies”, and “Meditation”, Sixman’s relentless efforts and critical praise would lead him to receive face- to-face compliments from the legendary Hip Hop icon DJ Premier. This streak of success paved the way for multiple US and international tours as a headliner, a trek through the states as a co-headliner with iconic MC and visual artist El De Sensei, shows with icons Skyzoo and Bun B, and more praise Premier along with love from high-regarded radio station WYCE in his native Grand Rapids. His 2022 album The LUX (Luxurious Urban Xperience) continued the string of consecutive benchmark releases. The cinematic video for The LUX single “Capitalistic” was an official selection of the Grand Rapids Film Festival, and it’s hit follow-up “Common Linage” (featuring YoAphro) was nominated for Song of the Year while the set and Sixman received Album of the Year and Artist of the Year nominations respectively at WYCE Jammie Awards XXIII. On August 11, 2023, Sixman will release his highly anticipated new LP, The Six Million Dollar Man.
Sonny Ski-
AKA CDL Sonny. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Sonny Ski brings raw introspection over groovy and hard hitting instrumentation. Known for his energy and stage presence along with his story telling and wordplay. Sonny not only will have your neck snapping, but your mind thinking.
He release an album this year “State Of Mind LP” along with an excellent number of Singles from the project.
He opened up for Lil Zan, 50th Anniversary of HipHop and also was a special guest with “Sixman” at Fredrick Meijer Gardens this past June.

Kwaj presents his story in a very vivid manner and shows how the different mindsets embedded in us really affects our external environment. From politics, self-identification to economic stability, Kwaj gives a myriad viewpoint that everyone can relate to.
Kwaj is a Nigerian American artist by way of North Carolina. He moved to Michigan where he was introduced to Hip-Hop at a young age. Rap battles on the bus and impromptu freestyles on college campuses set the foundation for Kwaj’s affinity to Golden Era elements of hip-hop culture. Mixing in his modern day influences Kwaj’s style can be described as a contemporary nostalgia, centered around meticulously crafted, introspective bars over jazzy, boom bap production.
His best work comes out when collaborating with fellow Foreknowledge member Hobbes Duende, and their song “Clouds in the Sky” has recently surpassed the 500k streams mark. With a catalog featuring uplifting lyrics and authentic stories, Kwaj is an artist for fans who enjoy household names such as Mick Jenkins, Joey Bada$$, Elzhi, and Kota The Friend.
