Come SPROUT with us at Midwest Flow Fest in Chicago's beautiful Ping Tom Memorial Park! This is our 6th year hosting a festival of workshops in Dance, Yoga and Circus Arts.Midwest Flow Fest is coming back to Chicago's Ping Tom Memorial Park in September 2024!

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. We care about you, we care about the community. We want all our guests and attendees to feel WELCOME & SAFE, and we are committed to following the city, county, & state guidelines for outdoor events. To this end: WE ENCOURAGE MASK WEARING during the event! We will have bathrooms with running water available on site- plenty of soap and paper towels (just ask us at the registration tent if you notice a space running low!). We will have hand sanitizing stations as well. Wash Your Hands and Wear Your Mask! Bring your props, and have a blast!
