REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!The 2025 Midwest Connect Education Committee welcomes you to join us at the 2025 Midwest premier education event. This year we welcome our colleagues from Wisconsin to our collaborative symposium joining Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri. The event will be two days for the first time this year offering a half day technology focus on Thursday and a full day on Friday (total 8 CEs). All interested health care professionals are welcome.
