Fairbanks Friends! Join me on Wednesdays for the Midweek Zen Den from 10 am-2pm at Emergent Humans. What is that? Open hours to have a pause and moment of calm in your week.
Have some tea, read a book, nap on our chaise lounge or couch, puzzle, word search or color, stand on a grounding mat, have an ASMR moment with the fuzziest rug ever or learn a quick stress relief technique.
I also welcome anyone who just wants to come say hi ☺️
This will become a regular Wednesday thing.
I always wished I had a place to go relax or disconnect for a minute without having to go all the way home during my day. So I made one to share with all of you!
