Including Breathing Ceremony, Yoga sessions, sound bath and sea Swim, and enjoy a meditative Cacao Ceremony.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, swimsuit and a cup!
Links to booking and paying for the sauna and other treatments will be added by Beach Box Sauna Spa very soon!
Please note that there is no food to purchase locally so bring snacks if you would like to.
Please book and pay for your ticket on eventbrite as tickets are mandatory and one per person, no group bookings!

Each person must register and pay for their tickets themselves or cannot be admitted. Tickets will be exchanged for arm bands on the day.
By registering you acknowledge that you attend all the activities, at your own risk, and must take responsibility for yourself. Particularly for swimming and yoga, you must not take risks that put you or others at risk.
4.30-4.45 pm welcome and sign in
5.00 pm meditative cacao ceremony with Tabather from Soulomorfi (Held on beach) with Cacao from Cacao Co. Please be prompt!
6.20 pm Breathwork with Humankind
6.30 pm Yoga from the Humankind team
7.00 pm Sea Swim with RubyMoon
7.30 pm Sound bath from Humankind
8.00 pm - 11.00 pm Dance Party
9.21 pm Sunset on the longest day of the year!
Bring warm clothing, warm drinks and a yoga mat!
Beach Box Sauna Spa is located at Banjo Groyne at the bottom of Dukes Mound, behind the Volks railway workshop.
