Learn how to make the dishes for a traditional Midsummer smorgasbord
With Midsummer around the corner, what better way to prepare than to learn a modern take on a few of the ultimate Midsummer Classics; Västerbotten pie with the classic Swedish cheese from Västerbotten, pickled herring (and vegetables), and Gubbröra, or Gentleman's Delight, a traditional Swedish mix of eggs, anchovy and red onion served during every Swedish holiday. The dishes will be made in a non-vegetarian and a vegetarian version. In the workshop you will learn how to cook the dishes from scratch to impress at your next dinner or Midsummer party! The course is perfect for you who want to learn more about Swedish traditional food.
Time: Saturday June 8 at 1-4pm - 3 hours practical workshop
We start the course with coffee, the course starts at 13:15.
Place: ROT Butik & Kök, at the basement floor, NK Saluhall.
Fee: 1200 SEK per person
