Midnight Ramen returns for Dark Mofo 2026.
For two nights only — Friday 19 & Saturday 20 June — we’re opening late and serving ramen from 11:00pm–1:00am as the city settles into the chaos of Dark Mofo.
Expect a deeper, darker and more experimental late-night menu, featuring a one-off ramen packed with bold winter flavours, alongside a curated selection of snacks and drinks designed for the hour.
For the Midnight Ramen regulars — yes, the 90s HipHop tunes are still here.. but Friday night is entering a new era. Think 100% Hits Machine, So Fresh classics and every guilty pleasure anthem you pretend not to love.
Fast, loud and a little chaotic — exactly how Midnight Ramen should be.
From 11pm, limited bookings will be available for groups of 8+, with the rest of the night reserved for walk-ins. Come by, warm up, grab a bowl and settle in late.
