Cocktail Hour: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Enjoy a signature welcome cocktail and passed canapés.
- Passed Canapes: Miso Deviled Eggs with Furikake, Parmesan and Chive Arancini with Tomato Jam, Prosciutto and Marinated Melon, Smoked Salmon Crostini with Whipped Cream Cheese, Polenta Bites with Pickled Peppers.
Dinner: 7:00 pm-Midnight
- Plowman’s Table: Cured meats, selection of local cheeses, grilled and pickled vegetables, assorted pates and terrines, baguette, pretzel flatbread, everything flatbreads.
- Raw Bar: Fresh-shucked oysters, shrimp cocktail shooters, Ceviche de Pescado
- Prime Rib: Hand-carved Prime Rib, popovers, Demi and Horseradish, Herb-Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables
- A Trip Through the Garden: Baby carrots, celery, cucumbers, herbs, green goddess dressing, roasted potato “soil”
- “Good Luck in the New Year, with Love from Pittsburgh”: Roasted pork belly, potato purée, herbed sauerkraut.
