Midnight Basketball

This Friday, June 19th, the City of Evansville and Southern Indiana Mentoring Academy will host Midnight Basketball, a pilot program designed to provide a safe, structured environment for youth grades 8-12 during the evening hours.
The event will take place at the CK Newsome Community Center, 100 E Walnut St, Evansville, IN 47713. Doors will open at 9:00 p.m., and activities will run from 10:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.
Activities at the event will include 3-on-3 basketball tournaments, tie-dying, s'mores in the courtyard hosted by the Evansville Parks Department, a live DJ, plus a free walking taco bar and drinks courtesy of Feed Evansville.
