About this Event
If you’ve hit midlife and suddenly feel like your metabolism changed overnight… you’re not imagining it.
Many women in their 40s and 50s notice:
- stubborn weight gain
- lower energy
- brain fog
- poor sleep
- stronger cravings
- workouts that don’t work like they used to
The frustrating part? Even though these changes are incredibly common, many women are left trying to figure them out on their own.
Your body is going through real physiological shifts during midlife: changes in estrogen, muscle mass, sleep patterns, and blood sugar regulation that all affect metabolism.
The good news: when you understand what’s actually happening, you can support your body in powerful ways.
In this seminar, Alloy Director of Training Danielle Capriato will break down the science of midlife metabolism and show you how nutrition can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more in control of your health.
No crash diets. No hormone fear-mongering. Just practical, evidence-based guidance.
