At the Oklahoma Women’s Health Collective, we believe some of the most important women’s health conversations are often the ones overlooked the longest.This is one of them.
Because this conversation is about more than sex.
It’s about comfort, connection, confidence, identity, relationships, and what it feels like when your body starts responding differently than it used to.
For many women, changes in intimacy, desire, vaginal health, bladder symptoms, and sexual comfort happen quietly—and without much explanation. Not because they’re uncommon, but because they haven’t been talked about honestly enough.
This event is a candid, evidence-based conversation about intimacy and sexual wellness in midlife, including Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM), desire changes, painful sex, pelvic floor considerations, treatment options, and the reality that women deserve more than being told to simply “deal with it.”
No shame. No awkwardness. Just real conversation, trusted education, and the reminder that feeling at home in your body still matters in every season of life.
