Midge Ure:

This tour celebrates the remarkable 50-year career of Midge Ure, from his beginnings in Slik to monumental achievements with Ultravox and pivotal roles in Band Aid and Live Aid. As a recipient of prestigious Ivor Novello, Grammy, and BASCAP awards, Midge’s contributions to the music industry are unparalleled.
Lene Lovich:
Detroit-born legendary post-punk pop singer Lene Lovich hit the top of the UK charts with her single “Lucky Number” in 1979, and was crowned the “Queen of Quirk”, influencing a generation of pop and alternative acts, from Nina Hagen to Boy George, and from Madonna to Dresden Dolls. She has been described as everything from “Kate Bush on acid” to “the New Wave Maria Callas”. Her hits “Lucky Number”, “Say When”, “Bird Song” and “New Toy” are still regular features in the clubs and radio of Europe, Japan, Australia and the USA.
Blaine L. Reininger:
Blaine L. Reininger, co-founder of the legendary post punk band, Tuxedomoon, is back on tour to promote his latest albums “Ghost Festival” and “Wounds and Blessings”.
These shows find Reininger in fine form, moving from keyboards to guitar for the bulk of his classic numbers, including many from his seminal 1985 album “Night Air” and a selection from his large solo discography 1984-2023, including several Tuxedomoon standbys. (Yes, he plays “No Tears”).
He is joined for this tour by old friend Georgio Valentino on guitar. Georgio is known as a solo artist and for his recent work with Crime and the City Solution.
