Middle school can be a tough time. Social dynamics, emotional ups and downs, and growing expectations can feel overwhelming for pre-teens and young teens.This weekly group is designed for middle schoolers (ages 11–14) to build emotional regulation and social skills using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches.
