ETX Entertainment brings you London's ultimate Middle Eastern New Years Eve Party on Saturday 31 December at Storm Lounge - Ruislip.

Celebrate the arrival of 2025 and party in style at the heart of West London featuring Top DJs playing a fusion of Middle Eastern and club music. Enjoy a spectacular dance show and a legendary midnight countdown as you welcome the new year.

EVENT SUMMARY

Begin the night with welcome drinks reception by the secret garden followed by a lavish three course dinner. Our guitar player will open the show, tropical dancers will present a mesmerising performance and our DJ will smoothly transition from upbeat to party music till late.

• 8:30 - 9:00 pm: Welcome drinks upon arrival
• 9:00 - 10:30 pm: 3 course dinner at the venue including live music show
• 10:30 - 11:00 pm: Fire performance by our Tropical dancers
• 11:00 - 11:55 pm: Exclusive set by guest DJ
• 11:55 - 12:05: Special NYE countdown and effects.
• 12:05 - 02:00: Party continues with exclusive set by DJ Bandy

THE ORGANISER

We are the official host for exclusive Middle Eastern events in London. Since we launched in October 2015, we've had multiple sold out events and we expect this one to sell out too. We have established ourselves as the one of the most trusted brands in the industry with huge followers and loyal fans that attend our events regularly. We are passionate about what we do and we take pride in delivering magical events at premium venues featuring talented DJs and artists to provide you with a unique experience on the night.

THE VENUE
Storm Lounge is a premium venue located in the heart of west London, few minutes walk from Ruislip with free parking after 6:30 pm. With a capacity of 120 guests, the venue will be transformed for this special occassion. A specially curated Middle Eastern food menu has been designed for this special night alongside a range of exotic drinks and cocktails and shisha.

THE ENTERTAINMENT
Having the right entertainment is as important as selecting the right venue. As a leading entertainment company with over 6 years experience in performing and hosting multiple events across the UK, we have some of the most established and well known DJs in town who are experts in building the night and taking the crowd on a musical journey from Turkish and oriental to RnB, House and club beats.

The night will start with a unique performance by our exotic tropical dancers followed by special sets by guest DJ and resident DJ Bandy. Expect the finest blend in traditional and modern Arabic, North African, Persian, Oriental music fused with western beats.

We have worked closely with the venue to create a special Middle Eastern menu for this occasion including delicious open buffet featuring a selection of hot and cold starters, meat, vegitarian mains as well as side dishes and dessert.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What is the difference between dinner an party ticket?

Dinner ticket provides you with full experience on the night including access to the venue from 8:30pm, allocated seat as well as welcome drink and 3 course menu. Party ticket entitles you to entry from 10:30 pm only, drinks can be purchased by the bar.

Can i reserve my ticket or buy it at at the door?

Unfortunately not, we put a lot of effort and energy on planning and delivering great nights and for us to do that, we kindly ask our guests to book tickets online in order for us to plan ahead and liaise with the venue so we ensure its a great night. Tickets must be purchased online.

Is there congestion charge or parking in the areas?

Ruislip is not part of the congestion charge, free parking is available after 6:30 nearby.

What kind of guests attend your events?
We have a mixture of young and mature crowd including professionals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. As we promote Middle Eastern music, art and culture, we have a mixture of guests with Arabic, North African, Persian and Middle Eastern origin that love our events as well as non Middle easterners that appreciate our music.

How do you allocate seats on the night?

Seats will be allocated based on the nature of the booking. Each table accommodates 4-8 seats, we will try our best to allocate you to the perfect table in order to provide you with a great experience.

Can i bring children with me to the event?
Children are not allowed, this is strictly 18+ event. 16 or 17 years old are allowed as long as they are accompanied by their guardians/ parents.

What kind of music do you play at your events?
Our DJs play a fusion of traditional and modern Arabic, North African, Persian, oriental, RnB, Hip Hop, House and club beats.

Can I get a refund if I book my ticket and i am unable to attend
Tickets are non refundable however they may be exchangeable for future events. We host regular events in London.
