THIS IS OUR SAMPLE WEEK. We hope you will try other classes this week and then commit to a series or two!A wonderful exercise for the whole body, mind and soul. A great way to have fun while learning the oldest form of dance. This class blends various styles of belly dance that builds upon the basic core movements to inspire fluidity and grace.
The class will encourage you to move and express yourself with muscle controlled isolations. Let the music whisk you away to far off lands! No prior dance experience is necessary. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Join us in reflecting your inner beauty through dance.

Please ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY to get yourself settled in and fill out paper work.
COVID-19 Health Agreement & Communications: If you have any fever or symptoms, please do not come to class. Stay in communication with us if your health status should change at any time during or after our classes together so that we may all be a responsible link in the prevention of spreading anything. Teachers will do the same.
Our safely measures are: we are keeping surfaces cleaned, spacing ourselves out, keeping the class smaller, reminding all to wash hands, and using our new common sense guidelines all around. But just know we are easing our way back into being together, so we will navigate this is ease and with compassion.
Bring your mask, just in case that is how you will feel the most comfortable. You may not know until you are here each time. Masks are not required for the studio. We are asking each person to take responsibility for themselves in this choice.
BRING YOUR MAT. Wear comfortable clothing, with layers. Bring your water bottle.
