I can feel it in the water… an escalation league!
We will be hosting a Game Goblins Middle-earth: Strategy Battle Game Narrative League! For all of those interested in starting the game, this is a great opportunity for new players. For those already playing, are you thinking about starting a new army? Or maybe you are just needing motivation to put the finishing touches on one you've been working on for a while. This is for you as well. So far we’ve had a blast playing it and now is your chance to join us in the fun.
The point of the league is to learn the game and grow a force by starting with smaller forces and work our way up to full sized armies step by step each round. We will be awarding prizes and awards ranging from Master of Battle, Best looking army, Keeper of the Wooden Spoon, to Master of Fellowship, Come join the fun with us, this time around and take part in this great community. We've had a number of new players and old alike come together, learn, build, grow, and play. If you're interested in getting into the game we can help you pick out a force and steer you in the right direction.
Have you ever wanted to fight with Elrond and Isildur against the forces of Sauron, Muster the Rohirrim and ride across the Pelennor crushing all before you, or gather an army of orcs powered by fell sorcery and led by the Witch-King of Angmar to tear down the kingdoms of men? Well this is your chance. Middle-earth: Strategy Battle Game is the recently updated and revised ruleset of Games Workshops highly acclaimed Strategy Battle Game system. The game is set all across the second and third ages of middle-earth, allowing you to field armies from the books and movies, the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. All brought together in a single unified game system. Come join us as an Age of War begins.

League Schedule
The league will take place over the course of 5 rounds of two weeks each, starting at 400 points.

Round 1 (400 points):September 8th - September 21st
Round 2 (400 points): September 22nd - October 5th
Round 3 (600 points): October 6th - October 19th
Round 4 (600 points): October 20th - November 9th
Round 5 (800 points): November 10th - November 23rd
