The first Monday of every month over the lunch hour from 12 -1pm (AZ time), Nicole Anne Yoga & Holistic Wellness - a mobile/virtual yoga and holistic wellness company - will offer a public (and virtual) Meditation at the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce in Gilbert to help individuals release the chatter of their minds and enjoy a feeling of deep relaxation. Increase your energy and focus just by starting something new! This is your personal time to meditate and reset in the middle of your work day!This seated (if in person) or sleeping (if virtual) guided meditation uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques to hep guide you to a restful space where true healing can be unlocked. It is said that participating in 45 minutes of meditation can be as restorative as three hours of deep sleep. This wonderful class will be done right from your seat or comfort of your home! If you prefer, you can also bring a yoga mat to lie down, as there is enough room at the Chamber. It’s open to everyone, so bring a friend and try something different! If you’re a working professional, come dressed for work. This is also great for beginners who want to learn how to meditate!
