Mid-Year Vision Board Workshop

Join us for an exciting in-person workshop where you can create your own vision board! This workshop is designed to help you visualize your goals and aspirations for the remainder of the year.

Our workshop will take place on Sat Jun 10 2023 at 11:45am (Pacific Daylight Time) in 376 40th Street, Oakland, CA 94609.

During the workshop, you'll have access to a variety of materials, including magazines, scissors, glue, and poster boards. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and gain inspiration from their vision boards.

Acknowledgement and Assumption of risk related to COVID-19

I acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a highly infectious, life-threatening disease. I understand that (YLYD) has implemented safety rules and precautions in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and I agree to comply with such rules.

Additionally, I agree that I will not participate at YLYD if I have symptoms of COVID-19 (such as a fever, cough or sneezing), have received a positive COVID-19 result within the past 5 days or have been told by a medical professional that either myself or members in my household have a suspected case of COVID-19. I understand that YLYD recommends that I be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate in classes. Further, I acknowledge that even if I comply with the COVID-19 guidelines there can still be a risk of contracting COVID-19. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for myself and all the risk of the illness, injury, disability or death associated with exposure to COVID-19.
