Join Michelle in this intimate class inside Gather Goods Co in downtown Cary where we will go through an exercise designed to help you clarify your values and what matters most to you, after that participants will make a vision board from cutting pages from magazines and gluing them in an intuitive exercise designed to help you find focus and tap into your more creative less left brain side. Finally, you'll be able to make a statement from your values exercise as well as home in on a word that you can then put on a rock to take home and keep at your desk.
Each participant also gets to take home one of Michelle's Reflection Journals as well at the end of the night.
Michelle will provide magazines, glue sticks, a worksheet, a reflection journal, tea and snacks, a rock, etc. BYOB and magazines to share are encouraged!
