Christie Jel teaches locally in gyms and studios around SW London for the last 3 years - including Anytime Fitness, More Yoga, Revive, Hare&the Moon. She also has build a community for anyone to join that has a need of more outdoor, affordable wellness experiences near them. Her focus is build strength, conscious movement and using music as an anchor.
