Mid-Week Mahjong! Open rack guided play sessions

Ready to get those tiles moving? Due to popular demand, we are opening up our Mid-Week Mahjong Sessions. These evenings are specifically designed for players who have the basics down, but are looking for a supportive, social environment to build their confidence, speed and strategy.

What to expect? This is NOT a structured class, just social, guided play. We'll be roaming the tables to help interpret the card, suggest hands, and offer tips to keep the tiles moving.

Mistakes are welcome! This is a low-pressure zone where we learn by playing. Whether you are a recent 101 student or a newer player looking to improve your game, you'll find a seat at our table.

The Details:

• Location: Red Lantern Japanese Cuisine (Kamm's Plaza). Come early to grab a drink or dinner and support this amazing business.
• Supplies: We provide all the tiles, mats, and racks
• What to bring: Please bring your 2026 NMJL Card. (If you don't have yours yet, no worries - we have loaners available and a limited number of cards for purchase - $15/cash only.

Ticket Policy:

• Refunds: Fully automated refunds are available through Eventbrite up to 48 hours before the event.
• Last-Minute Changes: Within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable. However, they are 100% transferable! If you can't make it, please visit our Facebrook Group's pinned "Ticket Swap" thread to find a buyer.

Space is limited to 16 players to ensure everyone gets coaching time. Grab your rack and hold on - it's time to Mahjong!
