The morning begins with networking and breakfast (7:30–8:00 AM), followed by welcome remarks at 8:15 AM and a fireside chat (8:45–9:15 AM) with Tonya Saunders, Founder of Mid-Tier Advocacy, and Desmond Brown, former Director at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Office of Personnel Management.
