About this Event

Join Mid Shires IOSH Community for an engaging and informative evening focused on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

This event is aimed at health and safety advisers and professionals from all industry sectors who want to build confidence and understanding around mental health at work. Mental health affects every role and every organisation, and supporting it is everyone’s business.

You will hear from Lynn Jones, Occupational Therapist, who will explore this important and sometimes challenging subject with insight, clarity, and a practical focus. Drawing on expert knowledge and real world experience, Lynn will help break down key issues and highlight what good support can look like in everyday workplaces.

The session will help you understand your role, encourage open discussion, and provide practical perspectives you can take back to your organisation. There will also be time for questions and shared learning in a supportive setting.

• 18:30 to 19:30 Presentation followed by Q and A
• Leave room by 20:30

This is an in‑person event. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.
