Join Greenbelt Alliance for a hike in the Santa Cruz Mountains near the San Andreas Fault.We'll "strike-slip" our way through grasslands, woodlands, a riparian corridor, and an old orchard before visiting the Los Trancos earthquake trail.
We don't discriminate—this outing is open to both residents of the Pacific and the North American tectonic plates!

WHERE TO MEET
We'll assemble at the main entrance to Monte Bello Open Space Preserve on Page Mill Road, 7 miles west of Highway 280 and 1.5 miles east of Skyline Boulevard. Additional parking is available at the Los Trancos Open Space Preserve parking area, located directly across Page Mill Road. There are restrooms at our meeting spot.
NOTES
