Saying goodbye to the first quarter while preparing our souls for the full moon on the 17th.Lie back on the mats and allow the sounds in vibrations of the gongs, and these beautiful bowls to resonate their vibration into your soul, your mind, your body. Allowing you to let go of any stresses and welcome peace into your soul ,your thoughts.
