Mid Morning Sound Bath @ Woodstock Park

Join us for a relaxing, restorative sound bath under the trees at Woodstock Park. We'll begin at 10:00 AM with an hour of acoustic sound using crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments, designed to soothe the nervous system and uplift the spirit.

A limited number of comfort setups are available for those who RSVP early:

•One cozy shared setup (for 2–3 people who book together) includes a plush comforter with mats underneath, pillows, light cotton blankets, and eye masks.

Additional limited individual setups include a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask. These are reserved for the first few who register. Everyone is welcome to bring their own mat or blanket and join in!

Woodstock Park is small and open; we’ll be easy to spot with a dark green blanket and sound bowls. A small sign of some sort will be posted on the tree by our setup to help you find us.
