Through music, lyrics, and a progressive lens, Michael unpacks the universal threads that bind us together (or keep us apart).

Natasha Mankins, Sultrosium Wellness shares "Lessons I've Learned as a Navy Wife"—a personal reflection on adaptability, community, and perspective. Drawing from her experience navigating constant change and finding strength through service life, Natasha offers insights on resilience that transcend military life.
