* 90 分鐘的課程將以粵語教授為主
* 現場將於活動開始前 5–10 分鐘開放進場
* 所有參加者必須年滿 15 歲
* 每場工作坊的截止日期為開班前的7天。參加者如在開班前的 7 天內取消課堂 ，已繳之費用將不獲退回
* 每班最少 4 人，最多 8 人。如工作坊報名人數少於 4 人，該課堂將會自動取消。參加者可選擇更改課堂或退款
* 如工作坊需被取消，參與者將獲得全額退款（需時 5 - 10 個工作天）
* 如因特別天氣問題而作課堂更改，NOC Hong Kong Ltd.將個別通知參加者並作出相應安排

This Mid-Autumn, step away from the city's rhythm and join us in a quiet exploration of coffee — for the senses, and for the season. Our Mid-Autumn Coffee Workshop invites you to slow down, learn the art of tasting and pouring, and craft a festive special drink: Full Moon in the Matcha Cloud beneath a velvety matcha cream top, finished with a sprinkle of crunchy egg roll crumble — a layered play of crispness and tea aroma. Paired with classic treats from Kee Wah Bakery, this is a tasting experience that carries the warmth of the season, sip by sip.

The workshop will feature:
- Introduction to basic coffee and sensory theory
- Hand-drip coffee tasting
- Hand-drip coffee demonstration
- Mid-Autumn special drink DIY: Full Moon in the Matcha Cloud
- Kee Wah Bakery Chinese snack and special drink pairing

After the workshop, you can get:

* The 90-minute course will be conducted in Cantonese.
* Doors open 5–10 minutes before the workshop begins.
* Participants must be aged 15 or above.
* The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days prior to the class commencing date. 100% class fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
* Minimum 4 pax to start; maximum 8 pax per class. Participants will be arranged in another class or be fully refunded if we do not meet the minimum number of participants.
* If the class is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days.
* NOC Hong Kong Ltd. shall notify participants of special arrangements for any inclement weather.
