The Mid-Atlantic All Female Karate Open is a tournament series for female competitors while supporting the sisterhood within martial arts.Master Monique Washington-Jones; owner of Karate 4 Girls; a female only martial arts leadership academy, hosts this event to support girls and women interested in competing with other females. This is a great opportunity for females to compete with each other while enjoying the sisterhood within martial arts. Our events are safe, organized and fun! #sisterhood
