For our first-ever event, we proudly present four live performances at Le Lac. Expect a night on the intersection of music, art and technology with live performances by Varaz, Noc:turne, L.O. Bart and The Encounter Group. — Varaz
Varaz explores different contradictions in order to create dreamy but steady grooves. Roaming freely through space and time, mingling and dosing the right sounds in the right place to obtain a balance between complexity and simplicity. It never lingers to one perticular style, it's always moving and evolving. Varaz takes his music with him on the road and only uses it in his live sets so that he can fully manipulate the sounds the way he wants them to.

Ghent-based L.O.Bart will bring his first live set ever with a not so subtle nod to the early grooveboxes that shaped the electronic music from the 80s and 90s. He will use his compact eurorack case accompanied by a Roland rhythm performer.

First time music performance based on the Carl Rogers encounter groups. Three individuals enter the stage and share an A/V conversation with the public. Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities & views about life.
Price: 6 EUR (cash only, at the door)
Doors open at 7pm
