Microsoft Powerpoint for starters

This workshop will introduce you to the basic skills that you need to use PowerPoint, whether it’s for work or personal use. In this workshop you will learn:

• How to navigate the PowerPoint interface
• How to create, open and save presentations
• The basics of working with slides
• How to use the basic formatting of text, such as font, alignment and using accessibility functions
• How to apply themes and change colours (design of your presentations)
• How to insert pictures, images, tables and shapes

This course is for people who are new to PowerPoint and want to learn how to use the key features. It is also suitable for anyone needing to refresh their skills.
