Microsoft Excel for starters

This workshop will introduce you to the basic skills that you need to use Microsoft Excel, whether it’s for work or personal use. In this workshop you will learn:

- The parts of an Excel spreadsheet

- Formatting data, which includes adjusting column widths, wrapping text, aligning text, merging cells and formatting numbers and text

- Using data to create and modify charts

- Basic formulas and functions including calculations

This course is for people who are new to Excel and want to learn how to use the key features. It is also suitable for anyone needing to refresh their skills and wanting to be able to create their own spreadsheets.
