What does it mean to truly live when we allow ourselves to face death?
This guided workshop with Kendra is an intimate, community-centered space to explore our relationship with mortality, gently, honestly, and without agenda. Inspired by the spirit of the Death Cafe movement, this gathering invites open reflection on death as a way to deepen connection, presence, and meaning in our lives.
Participants will be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience that weaves together:
- Journaling to explore personal beliefs, fears, and insights around mortality
- Creative expression / art-making as a non-verbal pathway into reflection
- Somatic (body-based) practices to support grounding, awareness, and integration
- Optional group sharing in a respectful, confidential circle
This is not a therapy session, nor is it a lecture. It is a facilitated space for self-inquiry, creative exploration, and shared humanity.
