We're back with another installment of Microdose & Move! I'm partnering up with the incredible team at Mary & Jane for this special Tuesday evening pop up. Class will be a blend of mat pilates & yoga, all set to a smooth playlist, with a mini sound bath at the end. We'll be in the gorgeous performance hall of the A-Mill Artists Lofts, right across the river from the North Loop. Mary & Jane will be giving you a sample pack (3 melts) with your ticket purchase.
Who is Mary & Jane? “Mary & Jane is a local & woman-owned microdose cannabis company. Their Sunny melts create a subtle euphoric and blissful effect for a plant-powered mood boost.”
You can arrive anywhere between 530-545PM for check in, and to grab your mints. Class will start at 545PM.
Class will run an hour, all levels, and is donation based. Suggested donation $15-25.
You bring your mat, we'll provide the rest.
