EVENT REGISTRATION:
Please complete the form below, starting on May 6th. This will ensure that drivers are entered into our system for the event. All competitors will be assigned random time slots. A list of drivers and their respective times will be posted two days before the event.
Note: If you do not pre-register using this form before the event, we cannot guarantee your ability to compete. Day-of registration will be available at the MCC event booth. Thank you for your cooperation!

PARKING:
- Free.
ENTRY:
- This event is FREE and open to all ages with a guardian. Meet up, hang out, talk shop, take pics, CRAWL! Open to all ages with parents or guardians.
START TIME:
- 12:00am Driver Meeting (will be live streamed to the MCC instagram and facebook pages).
- 12:15 PM Crawler photo op. Please show up in time to have your rig sit alongside all the other crawlers for the MCC group photo to be posted on all our media outlets.
- 12:45 PM Comp starts.
- We expect drivers to be on site for 3-4 hours.
**Start and end times may be updated so check this post often.
WHAT TO KNOW:
- Bring lots of batteries and whatever gear you need for your stay.
- Please pack out more than you pack in, trash pickup makes our club look good.
-Bathrooms are on site
- NO EMT on site
EVENT INFO:
- Scale trail is open to all mini crawlers. Great for photos and video. It will be filled with buildings and decorations to make a one of a kind crawling experience.
- Crawling Comp see information below on class and comp rules. The 10 gate courses are not open for free play or practice.

TRAILER TOW CHALLENGE By FairRC:
The Cargo Trailer Challenge at MCC events is a unique competition style focused on the art of towing trailers while navigating challenging courses. In this competition, drivers are tasked with overcoming obstacles and maintaining control of their trailers to ensure they don't lose their cargo along the way.
VEHICLES:
Any vehicle can be used that falls in line with the SS vehicle divisions.**
All vehicles will compete against one another regardless of vehicle division
TRAILERS:
Trailers must be able to hold the supplied cargo.
The MCC event team will supply the cargo for your run.
No cargo net may be used to keep the cargo in the trailer.
The MCC will supply a trailer if you do not have one.
Trailers must have a minimum of two wheels.
PONY EXPRESS: Running a timed course with a trailer where there will be gates and at each gate will be a scale item. Contestants will need to get past the gate and add the item to their trailer.
Scoring:
Each item will be worth +1
Best time and highest score wins
Time will be used as a tiebreaker
If an item falls out of the trailer it is dead and cannot be replaced.

JUDGING:
The car show will be judged by MCC admin and or special event judges.
SCORING CRITERIA:
Each vehicle will be assessed and scored on a scale of 1-5 on the following criteria:
- Scale realism
- Attention to detail
- Over all appearance
- Quality of workmanship
- Imagination and creativity
VEHICLE DIVISIONS:
Attendees may place their vehicles in any of the following divisions they think fits best. One entry per class One winner will be selected from the following divisions:
- Best Comp Crawler
- Best Scale Build
- Best Theme
- Best Trailer
- Best 6x6
DIVISION WINNERS:
- One winner will be awarded per division.
- Each winner will be awarded +10 entries into the prize drawing.
