In a coaching conversations we co-create with the client a space where the solutions can emerge. In this 2- day training we will explore together this space, using the potential of movement by using the physical space of the 3 dimensions in the room.In coaching we use mainly verbal and non-verbal language. And there is so much more! What becomes possible when we introduce the language of space into our practice? Micro-constellations offer a whole new dimension to Solution Focused Coaching. Coaching in 3-dimensions!
What you will learn:
• Enlarging your solution focused tool box as a Brief Coach
• Develop awareness of the space as an additional resource in coaching
• Enhancing the quality of your presence and attunement with your client
• Guiding the client to raise awareness in the body without labeling, judging or interpretating
• Making use of changing perspectives in space to create change in perceptions
• Connecting more with inner wisdom by literally stepping into it
