Multi award-winning singer and songwriter, Micky Cruz, is an international star whose electrifying performances have captivated audiences across the USA, Mexico, and Latin America. He has performed extensively in the US as one of the premier acts at the hottest clubs in the southwest, Casino nightclubs, and the big stages like Legends theatre and Las Vegas, Nevada and earned national recognition for the Billboard Top 40 hit "Morena," which placed him alongside Latin music giants Alejandro Sanz and Luis Miguel. The recipient of the Los 15 Grandes Award several times, his albums, Cumbeque 2 and Cumbeque 3, garnered heavy national and international radio airplay with his latest, Cumbeque 3 already a number-one hit worldwide. A self-taught musician and composer, Cruz writes and produces all his own music, which is best described as Cumbia, Salsa, and Reggae with an interesting, refreshing twist – or as he calls it, “Cumbegue,” a very strong and danceable beat coupled with great melodic hooks and harmonies.
