This half-day interactive learning opportunity facilitated by Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) and funded by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) provides information about the Centering model of group healthcare, implementation of the model and what it might look like in your clinic.
Who should attend
Individuals who want information about Centering, the model implementation process and want to explore how it fits their practice or organization, along with grants paid for by MDHHS for in-kind services from CHI.
CHI recommends that multiple individuals from a healthcare practice or system attend this session as able to get a full understanding of how Centering will fit their organization. The team would ideally include a senior administrator, clinic manager, care provider, and support staff representatives. Attending together will help the team get the most out of this opportunity.
