Michigan Bumble Bee Atlas Field Training

Join us to kickstart your involvement in the Michigan Bumble Bee Atlas community science program. At this event you will have the opportunity to meet other bumble bee enthusiasts, improve your bumble bee ID skills, and learn bumble bee monitoring protocols. Best of all the event is FREE!

Attendees can park in the nature center parking lot. Following the indoor portion, attendees will walk together around the nature center to practice bumble bee collections. Field attire (aka long pants, long socks, and gym shoes) is recommended. Attendees who were unable to make this year's virtual trainings are encouraged to visit the MBBA webpage to better familiarize themselves with the project.
