The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is excited to announce an event aimed at promoting responsible pet ownership and enhancing pet safety in the community.On Saturday, April 20th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. we will be hosting a special event offering microchipping for cats and dogs. Cats need to be in a carrier, and dogs need to be on leash and under control. No retractable leashes please. While the event is free of charge, donations of $10 per pet microchipped are encouraged from those who can afford it.
No appointment is necessary. However, pre-registration is highly encouraged to streamline the process.
