Op 23 mei presenteert Djingel Djangel een uitzonderlijke dubbel affiche met twee markante stemmen uit de elektronische underground: Michael Zodorozny en Enzo Kreft.
Michael Zodorozny is een sleutelfiguur uit de Amerikaanse elektronische onderstroom en medeoprichter van Crash Course in Science. Sinds de jaren ’80 verkent hij de grenzen tussen elektronica, postpunk en performance. Met zijn nieuwe soloalbum Test Pilot — opgenomen in Los Angeles met producer Matia Simovich — onderzoekt hij thema’s als perceptie, verbeelding en spanning. Live resulteert dit in een intense, filmische set waarin geluid en ruimte centraal staan.
Enzo Kreft beweegt zich al decennialang aan de rand van synth, minimal wave en industrial. Zijn werk is compromisloos, sober en diep geworteld in de DIY-ethiek van de underground. Met analoge machines en repetitieve structuren creëert hij een hypnotische, confronterende sound.
Samen vormen Zodorozny en Kreft een dubbel programma dat verleden en heden van experimentele elektronica met elkaar verbindt — geen nostalgie, maar levende undergroundgeschiedenis.
Een avond voor liefhebbers van dark electronics, synth minimalism, cold wave en grensverleggend geluid.

On May 23, Djingel Djangel presents a rare double bill featuring two distinctive voices from the electronic underground: Michael Zodorozny and Enzo Kreft.
Michael Zodorozny is a key figure in American underground electronics and a founding member of Crash Course in Science. Since the early 1980s, his work has explored the intersections of electronics, post-punk and performance art. His new solo album Test Pilot, recorded in Los Angeles with producer Matia Simovich, delves into themes of perception, imagination and tension. Live, this translates into a powerful, cinematic performance where sound and space take center stage.
Enzo Kreft has been operating on the fringes of synth, minimal wave and industrial music for decades. His output is uncompromising, stripped-down and firmly rooted in underground DIY ethics. Using analog machines and repetitive structures, he creates a hypnotic and confrontational sonic experience.
Together, Zodorozny and Kreft form a double programme that connects past and present of experimental electronic music — not as nostalgia, but as a living, evolving underground.
An evening for fans of dark electronics, synth minimalism, cold wave and boundary-pushing sound.
