A big band tribute to an American legend!Experience the unforgettable music of Tony Bennett with "Because of You" — singer and pianist Michael Feinstein’s heartfelt tribute to the beloved American legend.
The concert is the gala opening of Tuesday Musical’s 2024-25 Akron Concert Series at EJ Thomas Hall.
Joined by the full Carnegie Hall Big Band, Feinstein is honoring his longtime friend with such beloved Tony Bennett songs as “The Best is Yet to Come,” “I Get a Kick Out of You” and “I Left My Heart in San Francisco,” plus engaging stories and multimedia highlights.
Five-time Grammy Award nominee Feinstein, known as “the ambassador of the Great American Songbook” (The New York Times), is bringing the national tour of Because of You to Akron following the program’s sold-out debut at Carnegie Hall.
