Micah and Christine are coming back to Boston and are offering workshops and private lessons at Esh Circus Arts!💢December 27th you can book a private lesson solo, with a partner, or in a small group. Contact Us here to book.
💢December 28th there will be two workshops.
Don’t miss this opportunity to come together with your community to train essential foot to hand and hand to hand technique, plus explore some creative standing flows including lifts and unique transitions. We encourage you to do both workshops.
☀︎All profits from these workshops are being donated to the Racial Justice Coalition to support Hurricane Helene relief. The RJC is doing great work to keep folks in affected areas housed this winter.

🔶SESSION 1: F2H / H2H Essentials
⏰2:30-4:30
The world of F2H and H2H is vast! Honing in on strong foundations is the way to excel at these skills. In this workshop we will guide you through several drills and skills to solidify your grips and alignment and hone in on important techniques to make these skills feel comfortable and connected. This class is for intermediate and int/advanced students. We will offer additional progressions and challenges based on students' skills and needs.
🔸Pre-Reqs - Participants must be able to consistently perform the following skills as either a base or a flyer:
-30 second low and extended foot to hand
-L basing hand to hand (any entrance) with a relatively consistent 5 second hold
-Experience with standing foot to hand
-Experience with standing hand to hand
-Wrists that can safely practice these skills
-Flyers must be able to hold a 30 second handstand at the wall, spotted or on their own
🔶SESSION 2: Acro Flow
⏰5:00-7:00pm
There’s more to acro than static positions! In this class we will explore inversions, dance lifts, and standing lifts with exciting dismounts and connected moves. This class is for intermediate and int/advanced students who are excited to explore various types of standing partnered movement.
🔸Pre-Reqs - Participants must be able to consistently perform the following skills as either a base or a flyer:
-2 High
-Standing bird (any entrance)

WORKSHOP AND PRIVATE LESSON PRICING:
$115 for both workshops (you must sign up for both at the same time to receive the discount!)
$65 for one workshop
$110 for a 60 minute, two person private lesson
$99 for 60 minutes, solo private lesson
$45 per person per hour, group private lesson
