Tampa Bay Rapper, Jon Ditty, hosts a new *Monthly* Open Mic Night to provide performance opportunities to Vocalists (of all disciplines) seeking to showcase their Written Material. Here's how it works:--------------------
1) Any persons wishing to participate are able to perform up to THREE (3)* songs, totaling no more than 15 minutes. A sign-up sheet will be put out at 7:30pm to honor performances on a first-come, first-served basis.
2) Please arrive prepared. If your performance requires the use of backing instrumentals, have them ready IN ADVANCE (i.e. downloaded, ordered numerically, and available on a playback device or flash drive). You can also email your tracks (prior the day-of) via a shareable Google Drive link to [email protected].
3) Jon Ditty is not equipped for complicated performance set-ups. Two microphones and an instrument cable will be available for use. If your showcase involves more than a single instrument, he will be unable to accommodate. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to Jon Ditty, direct.
*If there is an overabundance of interest in any one event date, the number of songs able to be performed may become more limited. Jon Ditty reserves the right to make any changes, as necessary, to benefit the flow of the evening and the event as a whole.
