Mia’s 2nd Annual Pole Bash is here! Join us at Diosa Studio to celebrate Mia's birthday with a night of pole dancing, drinks, snacks, fun, and good vibes. Whether you're looking to unleash your inner pole dancer, vibe on a Friday, or celebrate with the birthday girl, we would love to have you! Hope to see you there!

Info: This is the time to get acquainted with the other guest, eat a few snacks and have a little drinky drink! Don’t be shy!

Info: This is the time to get that body warm with some lite dance moves and gentle stretching. Warm up always comes before getting active on the pole!

Info: I’ll be teaching you a spicy yet beginner friendly choreographed piece to one of my favorite songs! The pole will be involved but nothing too crazy for the beginners.

Info: Now is the time to throw in your own style and grace! Take 10 minutes to record yourself, if you would like, and/or get any additional help from Mia and any of her assistants. Last 5 minutes will be dedicated to our final stretch to close out the class.

Info: Cool down with some refreshments and more snacks. You may twirl on the pole, record, twerk, mingle, whatever. . . Just have fun!
